Calm you can taste
Rest combines six active ingredients with established traditional and emerging clinical use for sleep and relaxation. Glycine and L-tryptophan are amino acids involved in the processes that support sleep quality and nervous system regulation. Magnesium is one of the most common deficiencies we see in women and one of the most evidence-supported nutrients for muscle relaxation and nervous system calm. Passionflower, chamomile and jujube each have traditional use for easing an overactive mind — and together they make a warm drink that tastes like an evening ritual rather than a supplement.
What each 15g serve contains:
- 1.5g glycine, supporting nervous system calm and sleep quality
- 0.45g passionflower extract, traditionally used to ease an overactive mind
- 105mg chamomile extract, well recognised for its calming properties
- 105mg L-tryptophan, an essential amino acid involved in serotonin and melatonin production
- 60mg magnesium citrate, supporting muscle relaxation and a calm nervous system
- 45mg jujube extract, traditionally used in sleep support formulations
- 67 calories, 5.8g carbohydrates, 5.0g sugar per serve, naturally sweetened
- 3.6g protein per serve
- Gluten not detected on testing
- Contains dairy and soy, no artificial sweeteners or aftertaste
What it tastes like
Rich, creamy and gently sweet with a smooth cocoa flavour. It works with water alone — you do not need to add milk — though some customers prefer it with a splash of milk or a milk alternative.

This is a great hot chocolate. It mixes quite well and tastes really nice. It is not too sweet but sweet enough. I have been sleeping well when having this of a night. To avoid having to get up to go to the loo I often have a small cup with 1/2 the dose.
